1. General terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to your booking made in our house. For special requests such as conferences, events, or group bookings, we recommend that you contact us directly via e-mail or telephone.

2. Booking

Any hotel booking made through this form will be made directly with our hotel without any intermediary agent.

3. Accommodation contract and payment

a) The accommodation contract is concluded directly between you and our hotel during the reservation. You pay the room rate confirmed by us directly at the hotel. All claims and obligations arising from the accommodation contract exist directly and exclusively between the booking party and our hotel.

b) The room reservation is made via the reservation confirmation, which is sent to the booker by e-mail. However, due to technical uncertainties, the reservation system cannot check the receipt of the confirmation when it is sent by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation within 3 days, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

c) Payment must be made on site (cash, credit card, Postcard or Maestro) before you leave. If you do not arrive and also do not cancel in time, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the accommodation costs. In case of non-payment of the services used or the no-show bill, we will hand over any claims to our lawyer who will take further legal action.

4. Reservation type

The guaranteed reservation will be maintained by the hotel throughout the night. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel may charge the cost of the night.

5. Changes and cancellations

a) Changes to bookings: To avoid misunderstandings, all changes must be made by phone or email. Decisive for the timeliness of the change is the arrival of the message in our hotel. It is important to announce any change (number of persons, etc.) in any case before arrival.

b) Cancellation of reservations: Cancellation of a reservation made is legally valid only if it is made in writing, by e-mail or letter and with a legally valid signature of the booking client. The cancellation is valid only if it is recognized by the hotel.

In case of cancellation or change, the hotel may charge your credit card with fee.

6. Contractually agreed room rates

Normally, the prices include the service charge and the statutory value added tax. The amount of additional taxes is subject to constant changes and can therefore only be given without obligation.

7. Privacy

The data entered by the customer are processed electronically by the reservation system. This data is only passed on to the extent necessary for a booking. A passing on for other purposes does not take place. In all other respects, the statutory data protection regulations are complied with during data collection.

8. Various

All information has been compiled with the utmost care. However, no liability can be accepted for any errors in data entry or data transmission. The transfer of data to other data carriers, even in part, or the use for purposes other than those provided here is only permitted with the express permission of the hotel. The law of the domicile of the respective hotel shall apply. The place of performance is also the domicile of the hotel.

The room category is always calculated according to the number of persons paying.

General Hotel Reservation and Cancellation Conditions

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are accepted without charge.
Cancellations 13 – 00 days before arrival 100% of the total price.
Important: Cancellation of reservations: The cancellation of a reservation made is legally valid only if it is made in writing, by e-mail or letter, and with a legally valid signature of the booking client. The cancellation is valid only if it is recognized by the hotel.
