Conserver ce qui est bon – cr\u00e9er ce qui est nouveau !<\/strong><\/p>\n

n 2019, nous avons eu la possibilit\u00e9 d’acqu\u00e9rir l’h\u00f4tel situ\u00e9 juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l’h\u00f4tel Alpenblick. Un chalet valaisan rustique en bois avec beaucoup de charme et une atmosph\u00e8re chaleureuse pour se sentir bien.<\/p>\n

De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que nous d\u00e9corons la fa\u00e7ade en bois sombre, marqu\u00e9e par les ann\u00e9es, avec des fleurs color\u00e9es, nous voulons \u00e9galement valoriser l’int\u00e9rieur du chalet avec de nouvelles touches et conserver autant que possible l’existant.<\/p>\n

L’ensemble de la salle \u00e0 manger a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9, le buffet et l’infrastructure du buffet ont \u00e9t\u00e9 modernis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

L’ancienne salle \u00e0 manger est actuellement transform\u00e9e en salle de s\u00e9jour et nous sommes en train de r\u00e9nover tous les tapis du couloir.<\/p>\n

Le fromage d’alpage est produit uniquement en \u00e9t\u00e9, pendant la p\u00e9riode estivale. (environ 80 jours par an)<\/p>\n

Le fromage de montagne est produit toute l’ann\u00e9e dans les fromageries des r\u00e9gions de montagne.
En tant que partenaire de la coop\u00e9rative d’alpage Fluhalpe, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 2040 m d’altitude au-dessus de Lo\u00e8che-les-Bains, il nous tient particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 c\u0153ur de pr\u00e9server les exploitations d’alpage et d’entretenir notre nature intacte. Nous avons cinq vaches qui passent l’hiver dans le Seeland bernois chez des amis et qui, en \u00e9t\u00e9, paissent avec quelque 70 autres vaches sur les p\u00e2turages de la Fluhalpe jusqu’\u00e0 2500 m d’altitude.<\/p>\n

Nous avons le plaisir de recevoir ce fromage, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9 par plusieurs m\u00e9dailles d’or, deux fois en \u00e9t\u00e9 lors du partage du fromage. Nous sommes fiers de pouvoir servir ce fromage unique \u00e0 nos h\u00f4tes chaque jour au petit-d\u00e9jeuner !<\/p>\n

Un chalet valaisan rustique en bois avec beaucoup de charme et une atmosph\u00e8re chaleureuse pour se sentir bien. De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que nous d\u00e9corons la fa\u00e7ade en bois sombre, marqu\u00e9e par les ann\u00e9es, avec des fleurs color\u00e9es, nous voulons \u00e9galement valoriser l’int\u00e9rieur du chalet avec de nouvelles touches et conserver autant que possible l’existant.
