Keep the good – create some new!<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 2019 we had the opportunity to acquire the hotel right next to the Hotel Alpenblick. A rustic Valaisian wooden chalet with lots of charm and a cozy atmosphere.<\/p>\n

To give our philosophy a pleasant aesthetic look, we decided to embellish the dark wood facade marked by the years with colorful flowers. We also chose to enhance the interior of the chalet with new touches while preserving as much as possible what already existed.<\/p>\n

The entire restaurant has been renovated, and the buffet has been modernized.<\/p>\n

The old dining room has been converted into a living room, and we are renovating all the carpets in the hallways.<\/p>\n

THE GOLD OF OUR ALPS<\/h3>\n

Alpine cheese is not mountain cheese.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alpine cheese is produced only during summer (about 80 days per year).<\/p>\n

Mountain cheese is produced all year long in cheese factories in mountain regions.
As members of the Fluhalpe Alpine Cooperative, located at an altitude of 2040 m above Leukerbad, we are particularly concerned about preserving the alpine grasslands and keeping our nature intact. We have five cows that spend the winter at our friends’ in the Bernese Seeland and in the summer graze with about 70 other cows on the Fluhalpe meadows up to 2500 m above sea level.<\/p>\n

We have the pleasure of being able to receive this cheese twice during summer, which has won several gold medals. We are proud to be able to serve this unique cheese to our customers every day for breakfast!<\/p>\n
